Un’alternativa al classico tiramisù •Crostata morbida al tiramisù• 🔸INGREDIENTE🔸 Per la base: •200 gr farina, 90 gr zucchero, 100 gr burro, 1 bustina di lievito per dolci, 2 uova. Per la farcitura: •300 gr mascarpone, 250 ml panna, 100 ml caffè e cacao amaro q. b. 🔹PROCEDIMENTO🔹 Mettere in una ciotola le uova e lo zucchero e montare con lo sbattitore elettrico fino ad ottenere un composto chiaro e spumoso. Sempre con le fruste in movimento aggiungere il burro fuso, poi aggiungere la farina e il lievito continuando a mescolare. Imburrare e infarinare uno stampo furbo per crostata e versare il composto al suo intento. Cuocere in forno preriscaldato a 180 gradi per circa 20 minuti. Una volta cotta la base lasciarla raffreddare e intano preparare la crema. Montare la panna in una ciotola e il mascarpone in un’altra, poi aggiungere la panna al mascarpone poco per volta mescolando delicatamente dal basso verso l’altro. Prendere la base è spennellarla con il caffè della moka , poi ricoprire la base con la nostra crema e spolverizzare con il cacao amaro, tenere la crostata in frigo. 🥦CRISPY TOFU BOWL WITH SESAME & SOY SAUCE DRESSING🥡⁣ ⁣ still dreaming about this bowl i had for supper last night🤤 crispy tofu, tru-colour quinoa, sautéed spinach, sautéed mushrooms, roasted sweet potato, roasted broccoli, & soy sauce dressing!!⁣ ⁣ ingredients for the CRISPY TOFU:⁣ 170g extra firm tofu ⁣ 1 tsp neutral oil (i use grapeseed) ⁣ 1 tbsp cornstarch ⁣ 1 tsp fine salt⁣ 1 tbsp garlic powder⁣ ⁣ instructions:⁣ • first your need to drain the liquid out of the tofu so it can get crispy! get your 170g of tofu and cut it into 4 slices. place on paper towel then cover with paper towel and put something heavy over the tofu so the liquid can drain out. let this sit for at least 30 mins⁣ • preheat oven to 400°F⁣ • once the tofu has drained, cut your tofu into cubes⁣ • place the tofu cubes in a bowl and coat with oil first⁣ • then coat with cornstarch, salt & garlic powder⁣ • place your coated tofu cubes on a lined baking sheet and bake for 15 mins⁣ • then remove baking sheet and flip the cubes over so they can bake evenly! bake for another 15-20 mins!⁣ ⁣ ingredients for SESAME & SOY SAUCE DRESSING:⁣ • 4 tbsp soy sauce⁣ • 2 tsp rice vinegar⁣ • 2 tbsp honey⁣ • 3 tsp sesame oil⁣ • 2 cloves of garlic (minced)⁣ • 2 tbsp finely chopped green onion⁣ • 2 tsp sesame seeds⁣ ⁣ instructions:⁣ • mix all your ingredients up and drizzle on your bowl & enjoy😋🥣 ⁣ #foodie #foodporn #instafood #vegan #veganfood #foodphotography #bakefeed #frommykitchen #foodblogger #goodstagram #f52grams #feedfeed #foodgasm #eeeeeats #tasty #foodpics #instagood #buzzfeast #plantbased #vegetarian #tofu #crispytofu #quinoa #sweetpotato #spinach #healthy #soysauce#broccoli

Abends kochen, eben schnell den Garten gießen und anschließend mich mit dem Gartenschlauch gießen danke Schlauch das du einfach abgehst vielen Dank für NICHTS.. - Heute gibts mal was aus der Heißluft - Kartoffeln 🥔 mit Rossi scheiden waschen Rosi aus dem Garten raus Meersalz und rinn in dei Heißluft (15 min) volle pulle! - Köfte Rezept 🔽 500 gr Hackfleisch Rind oder Tatar Ab in eine Schüssel 
2 kleine Zwiebeln 
2 Knoblauchzehen
1/2 Bund Petersilie 2 Scheiben Vollkorntoast (sonst werden die so trocken) Die Zutaten habe Ich in meinen Mini Winnie Küchen Hexler gemacht und klein gehexelt habe noch den alten den man mit der Hand zieht von Tupper gibt Mukkies Ab ins Hack drauf.. 2 Eier drauf geschlagen ⬇️ Gewürze rein!

But...the busyness of life took away some of its enjoyment.⁠ ⁠ So now, my 4-year-old and I have brought cooking back in full force. About every two weeks we whip up homemade granola together. And of course, our music is always jamming! If you're wondering about our playlist, just think Frozen 2 on repeat. 😆⁠ ⁠ Here's our favorite granola recipe. It's adapted from the Smitten Kitchen to meet the taste buds of my Olivia. ⁠ ⁠ Almond Vanilla Granola:⁠ ⁠ 1️⃣ Preheat your oven to 300 degrees.⁠ ⁠ 2️⃣ Mix together:⁠ ⚪ 3 cups quick oats⁠ ⚪ 1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes (I found these at @sprouts) ⁠ ⚪ 1/4 cup oat bran⁠ ⚪ 3/4 cup almonds⁠ ⚪ 1/2 tsp kosher salt⁠ ⁠ 3️⃣ Stir in:⁠ ⚪ 2 tablespoons olive oil⁠ ⚪ 1/2 cup maple syrup. Add a few extra splashes if you like your granola on the sweet side. ⁠ ⚪ 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. ⁠ ⁠ 4️⃣ In a small bowl whisk 1 egg 🥚 white until it's foamy. ⁠ Fold egg white into your granola.⁠ ⁠ 5️⃣ Spread your mixture out on a baking sheet. *Pro-tip use parchment paper for less cleanup! Place the pan in your oven and set your timer ⏲️ for 20 minutes. Rotate the pan and gently turn the granola over with a spatula. Try not to break up your clusters. They're the best part! BAKE FOR ANOTHER 20 minutes until golden.⁠ ⁠ 6️⃣ Once your beautiful granola is done, let it cool completely. It stores for about 2 weeks. I don't add in dried fruit to this granola since my kiddo doesn't appreciate the flavor. If you like it, try adding in some dried cherries or cranberries!⁠ ⁠ Happy Baking my friends. Pie de limón *healthy* y súper fácil! 🍰🍋 Ingredientes: 3 cdas de yogurt griego natural 2 cdtas de esencia de vainilla 2 limones 4 galletas María (yo usé de Coco) 1 cdta de miel de agave o de maple sin azúcar. . . Procedimiento: Machaca las galletas hasta que queden hecho miga y pónlas en un vaso. En un bowl, vierte el yogurt, la esencia de vainilla, el sumo de los dos limones y la miel. Bate hasta que quede muy muy muuuuuy espeso. Vierte la mezcla en el vaso, encima de las galletas trituradas. Mete a la refri por 30 minutos mínimo. #dia73 Tenía en el congelador unos recortes del solomillo que preparé el sábado, y hoy los he aprovechado en esta PASTA CON LECHE DE COCO Y CREMA DE CACAHUETE que es deliciosa. Buenisima, y se prepara en un momento, sin complicaciones. Si te gusta la crema de cacahuete, te va a encantar. Erdbeer - Quarkbällchen 🍓 Rezept für 18 Quarkbällchen. 🍓 Zutaten: 🔺 270g Quark 🔺2 TL Apfelmark (ohne Zucker) 🔺2 TL Dattelmus 🔺18 Erdbeeren 🔺140g Dinkelmehl 🔺75g Dinkelgrieß 🔺 2 Eier 🔺1 Prise Salz 🔺1 TL Zimt 🔺1 1/2 TL weiche Butter 🔺Mehl zum Arbeiten 🔺Dinkel Semmelbrösel zum Wälzen . 🍓 . Zubereitung: 🔺Erdbeeren waschen und putzen. 🔺Den Quark (gut abgetropft), Mehl, Zimt und Grieß in eine Schüssel geben und vermengen. 🔺1 Ei, Salz, Apfelmark, Dattelmus und weiche Butter hinzu geben und alles zu einem glatten Teig verrühren. (Dattelmus frisch selber herstellen) 🔺Den Teig auf einer bemehlten Fläche zu einer 4cm dicken Rolle formen. 🔺Auf dem Herd einen Topf mit Rapsöl vorbereiten. 🔺Das 2. Ei auf einem Teller verquirlen und beiseite stellen. Einen Teller mit Dinkel Semmelbrösel bereitstellen. 🔺Die Teigrolle in 2-3cm Stücken schneiden, je nach dem wie groß die Erdbeeren sind. 🔺Nun die Teigstücke zu kleinen Fladen formen und eine Erdbeere darauf setzen. Den Teig vorsichtig ringsherum zusammen drücken und in der bemehlten Hand zu Bällchen formen. 🔺Den Herd anstellen und am besten mit einem Therometer (welches dafür geeignet ist) überwachen, nicht mehr als 170 Grad. 🔺Jetzt die Bällchen nacheinander erst im Ei und dann in den Dinkel Semmelbrösel wälzen. 🔺Dann je nach Topfgröße 5-7 Quarkbällchen für 4-5 Minuten ausbacken bis sie goldbraun sind. 🔺Danach die Bällchen auf einem Küchencrepe gut abtropfen lassen. Und vor allem abkühlen lassen. . Schmecken lassen🤤😋. Have you tried Sumac? It’s really quite delicious. A delicate lemon flavour which works so well with fish, chicken and tofu. Semmelknödel/Spargelragú/Parmesancrunch/geschmolzene Tomaten 🍅😋🏡 @roland_trettl lernt mir die Kunst des Kochens, den Parmesancrunch habe ich mir bei ihm abgeschaut (schwieriger als es aussieht, der Parmesan, wenn zu dunkel schmeckt er bitter, wenn zu hell wird er wie Kaugummi) und dass man Parmesan in Brühe und Wein kochen kann, um ihn dann anschließend mit Sahne aufzumixen, das gibt dann hier meine Sauce zu dem angebratenen Spargel. MITHAI (Indian Sweets) meets CAKE! GAJAR KA HALWA CAKE (SEMOLINA CARROT CAKE)| • • If you love mithai (Indian sweets/desserts) and cake, you will LOVE this! This dessert is a marriage of gajar sooji halwa (carrot semolina halwa), which is best described as a sweet Indian carrot pudding, with what I love best - CAKE! • This cake, which is also vegan 🌱 , is topped with nuts; baked and then coated with a delicious honey syrup. The addition of avocado, against the semolina provides such an interesting and rich texture! It’s definitely something different. • • Gajar Ka Halwa originates from Punjab. It has beautiful components such as almonds & cardamom, however tends to contain a lot of ghee (clarified butter). I really wanted to find a way to enjoy this sweet sticky carrot dessert by adding a completely different texture! So I decided to pair this with what I love most - CAKE! Check out the recipe below, it’s definitely worth a go! • • INGREDIENTS: (Serves 6-8) 200g semolina 150g self raising flour 1/2tsp baking powder 1 large avocado 180ml rapeseed oil 200g cane sugar (caster sugar is fine) 4-5 carrots, grated 150g currants & flaked almonds 50-75g flaked almonds to top the cake • • SYRUP: 200ml water 2-3tbsp honey 3-4 cardamom pods 1 cinnamon stick A couple of saffron strands • • METHOD: 1️⃣ Preheat oven to 180 degrees and line a round cake tin with parchment paper. Mix the sugar & oil in a large bowl & slowly mix in the avocado until the mixture is well blended, I recommend using an electric whisk 2️⃣ In a separate bowl, sieve the flour, add baking powder, semolina & gently mix into the sugar & avocado mixture 3️⃣ Gently fold in the grated carrots, almonds & currants to the mixture. Place the mixture into the tin & top with more flaked almonds. Bake for 30 mins, then reduce heat to 160/170 degrees for another 30 mins or until cooked through. Oven times will vary. 4️⃣ In a pan, add water, honey, cinnamon stick, cardamom pods & saffron and simmer on a low heat for 10/15 minutes 5️⃣ When the cake is cooked, pierce the cake several times & slowly pour syrup (you don’t have to use all of this) on cake and allow the cake soak this up, before serving

Recipe 1-Put water in a deep pot and boil. 2-Slice the Zucchinis long and cut them thinly. 3-Add salt the boiling water and throw the Zucchinis. 4-One minute after the water starts boiling again, drain the Zucchinis. 5-Yogurt with garlic is prepared for Zucchinis. 6-Drained Zucchinis are placed on the plate. 7-Prepared yogurt is poured over Zucchinis. 8-Finally, mint and chili sauce is prepared in butter and added on Zucchinis. We have: Grilled Halloumi Vegan stuffed mulberry leaves cooked in a pomegranate molasses broth. Guys, we are not kidding when we say they are far far more flavourful than grape vine leaves. 👉🏻 Para la pasta: poner en un sartén a fuego medio-bajo, con aceite de oliva, tomates picados en cuadritos, agregar algún endulzante (yo le puse una cucharadita de stevia), sal, orégano y un chorrito de leche de almendras. Cuando la pasta ya esté cocinada, dejarla enfriar y mezclarla con los tomates . 👉🏻 Para el pollo: poner en un recipiente que se pueda llevar al horno: aceite de oliva, orégano, sal, pimienta, ajo y sumo de limon, agregar las pechugas; dejarlas por 15-20 minutos mientras se adhieren los sabores. Llevarlas al horno a 150 grados centígrados por 30 minutos (voltear cuando pasen 15 minutos)
