My old job was a breeding ground for workaholics. There was an undercurrent of pride when someone noticed you sent an email at 3AM, and you were publicly celebrated with flowers and gift cards if you worked more than 300 hours in a month. 300 hours. And I’m here to tell you 🗣YOU AIN’T GOTTA LIVE LIKE THAT!
