@bryanongyy Run by Le Cordon Bleu Paris trained chef, Two Bakers have opened its Serangoon outlet at Teck Chye Terrace in July 2019, serving the same quality food & French-fusion desserts as its Horne Road main cafe. The Salmon Soba Don I had is very unique with its own light sesame cream sauce soba, topped with seared sesame tuna, sweet corn, edamame beans, grilled salmon & a sous-vide egg that was sprinkled with ebiko. I love how the runny egg yolk coating the soba which added extra creamery flavor! .
The highlight of the restaurant is of course the locally inspired French desserts. The Bao Zi yuzu lemon matcha white chocolate mousse, earl grey tiramisu, min jian kueh crepe cake & ondeh ondeh (Gula Melaka jelly & pandan sponge encased in coconut mousse) were all yummilicious & awesome! These are really the highlights when visiting the Two Bakers!
