This past few weeks were (are?!) rough.
I constantly battle the fear of not being enough, of not doing enough or not doing enough good. Not enough.
People see on social media what you decide to throw out as content. Sometimes it is a highlight reel. Sometimes it’s positive vibes and inspiration. Sometimes we’re trying to be “real” and relatable by crying and telling people how they should feel.
Not to get super in-depth, but this past week we had a medical scare. We are dealing with custody stuff, work/life balance, car shit and the “fun” stress of planning a wedding - while trying not to piss people off and cause any more drama.
So if this is you being stressed along side me (as several of you wrote to me that you are!)... this is your reminder to BREATHE. Stop and remember what we can be grateful for (significant others, families, friends, work, food, etc.). Nothing is worth the risk of your health. No one is worth the drama. Tomorrow really is a new day. 💜
