Sit with your food somewhere quiet, just yourself if it suits.
•First look at the food and consciously recognize it’s actual form.
•Then take it in your hands and feel the texture as it is, maybe close your eyes.
•Then smell the food, and allow your senses to actually taste the food with your mind.
•The last thing is to taste it. Taste it slowly and be conscious of every bite going into your mouth, through your throat and into your body.🌞😌

🍫200g plain spelt flour
🍫250g plain quark ( plain skyr yogurt)
🍫30g coconut oil
🍫2 TBSP Demerara sugar
🍫1/3 tsp baking powder
🥄Mix all ingredients together and make a dough. Leave the dough in the fridge for about 2 hours.
🥄Roll the dough, spread some coconut oil and Nutella over, fold the dough and cut into 1.5cm thick pieces.
🥄Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.
