Weekends are for grilling - and one of our favorite moments is when the lid comes off to reveal a perfectly cooked Beer Can Chicken. Today, we went behind the scenes with @farmhousedelivery's very own, Chef Matt Taylor, where he let us in on a few of his grilling secrets. The full video tutorial is coming soon, but in the meantime we can share a few tips.
First, you need a good bird, like the 3-4 lb regeneratively raised whole chickens from @cooksventure we currently have in our marketplace. Next, some savory seasoning. We're particularly fond of Farmhouse Kitchen's exclusive Smoky Barbecue Spice Rub (tap the link in our profile to grab some). And finally, beer, some hot coals (around 375 degrees), and a comfy chair.
