This simple peanut salad is a life saver when you're trying to eat healthy. All you need is some boiled peanuts, green chillies, tomatoes, onion, coriander leaves, lemon juice, chilli powder, turmeric, salt, asafoetida and coconut oil. Mix everything and there you have it. If you like tomatoes, add more. If you like it spicy, add more chillies or chilli powder. Can't find asafoetida? Skip it . It cannot get easier than this.
