This one is my fav, it has 10 dividers + 2 Sheets of Labels (if you don’t have a Label Maker) + 10 Sheet Protectors (definitely pick up more of these, KMART sell a pack of 50 for $3)
Every week to 2 weeks, I like to do a clean up to ensure the most current information, plans and details are in this folder. The struggle is real when it comes to my inbox being flooded, so it’s nice to know I have the most important and up to date information quickly accessible when we need throughout the planning process and to then have our emails as a back up paper trail.
When something is updated all our original/previous documents are moved to a second folder, again to keep a paper trial. We never destroy or dispose of anything!
TABS / LABELS
Depending at what stage you are at with your build, will determine the tab labels/dividers you use to fit your needs.
We have have majorly updated our file at each of these stages
