Had our dinner with our regional, luckly that he had booked this place @absteakjakarta a month ago, due to long queque. We are having a nice and good dinner, accompanied with a bottle of red wine, we ordered the butcher steak, a combination platters with vary types of meat. And we order also some starter, tuffee bomb, small nice and giving the taste of the truffee mushroom, balanced with the soft mashed potato, followed with the ab salad, fresh cut of baby romains splashed with garlic butter and parmesan cheese, with smoked salmon. Our fav french fries with a twist of sliced mushroom and garlic cheese. We entered the main course. There so many type and i only remembered the nice one for me to reorder in my next visit, i like the fillet minion, flanks and 21 days dried ages steak. Expecially the 21 days dried ages is perfect for me, tender and juicy and just right. While the 120 days bit hard and strong aroma and textures, leaving srong after taste.
For desset of course, we ordered strawberry bomb sorbet, nicely served for share, glazed sugar formed as strawberry, with strawberry sorbet inside, whice chocolate as leaves, and grated White chocolate and macadamian nuts sprinkled with pop rocks giving a fresh and tingling sensation. Overall it's a very nice experience for me as we will back for next celebration for sure.
