"Tentunya kami sangat bangga dengan prestasi tersebut, karena Widari merupakan produk atlet lokal, dan dalam persiapan menuju kejuaraan Dunia dia menjalani persiapan di Samarinda, Kalimantan Timur," kata Hendra dilansir Antara. . Pada kejuaraan dunia yang berlangsung 15-18 November 2019 di Dubai tersebut, Widari tergabung dalam timnas Indonesia bersama dua rekannya lifter dari Jawa Barat. . "Usai kejuaraan Dunia ini, Widari langsung pulang ke Kaltim untuk menjalani persiapan TC KONI Kaltim dalam persiapan menuju PON 2020 di Papua," sambungnya. . Recap of my first powerlifting meet (8/9). Squat: 115kg | 125kg | 140kg (+10kg PR) Bench: 83kg | 90kg 🚫 | 90kg Deadlift: 160kg | 170kg | 180kg (+10kg PR) Total: 410kg / 903.89 lbs Wilks: 271.75 - BW 84kg Happy with overall result but squat is the most surprising result coz H-5 I still struggle with most efficient bar placement and execution. Big thanks to my masbruh @ynsamuel that make a custom program for 3 weeks of serious preparation. Thanks to @rawwar2019 @pabrik_otot @garuda_gym that produce such great event and thanks to all crazy strong Indonesian that make incredible hype that helps me break my PRs. 40th World Open Powerlifting Championship 2019 Lifter putri Indonesia Sri Hartati kembali menorehkan prestasi usai menyabet medali emas pada ajang Kejuaraan Dunia Angkat Berat, “40th World Open Women Powerlifting Championship 2019“ di Dubai pada 18-23 November. Sri Hartati yang tampil di kelas 57 kg itu berhasil mengungguli lawan-lawanya dengan mencatatkan angkatan Squat seberat 170 kg, Benchpress 145 kg, Deadlift 195 kg, dan total angkatan 557,5 kg. Atas kemenangan tersebut, Sri Hartati berhak meraih gelar Best Lifter berdasarkan penilaian dari IPF (International Powerlifting Federation) dengan perolehan 759,7665 poin. Sebelumnya, lifter putri Indonesia lainnya yakni Widarti juga meraih medali emas dengan mencatat angkatan Squat seberat 170 kg, Benchpress 135 kg, Deadlift 182 kg, dengan total angkatan 487,5 kg. Widari berada di peringkat kedua dengan perolehan 746,3279 poin. Atas prestasi dari kedua lifter tersebut, Indonesia berhasil menempati peringkat kedua setelah Rusia dalam hal perolehan nilai. Qualifying and be able to compete in Asia Powerlifting Alliance 2019 from previous Singapore Powerlifting Alliance 2019 last August was an amazing experience for me, being able to compete against the most badass and really the strongest raw powerlifter athlete their country could ever offered. . . . Throughout my experience, i believe that a powerlifter enthusiats should at least compete internationally because it gaves us a widen spectrum that there’s so many powerlifter athlete that might be much stronger than you, having a better technique with much more experience and much more ambitious than you. So by that means, by competing in either of the GPA sanctions meet, this is like a gold opportunity for you enthusiats to show what you are made of by competing with the best of the best. Oh yea not to mention even though we compete with each other, to be honest powerlifting are such a humble and friendly sports, rivals are supporting and pushing each other, helping each other for loading in warm ups, we may even jokes and laugh with each other even if we are not in the same country, that’s is the beauty of powerlifting. . . . So in conclusion, dont be afraid to compete in any powerlifting meet, just be bold and show what you are made of, nobody cares about how much weight will you be able to lift and the only thing we care is how you bring your mentality to finish all of the lift. We tend to respect powerlifter who are ambitious to compete or even competed in any meet. New Beltless 1RM ±160kg(360lb). Current BW: 75kg. ✔️6 weeks goal : Achieved ✔️Technique : Questionable ✔️Ego: Satisfied ✔️CNS: Fried . Nevermind the 🗑️ angle yaa; Emang sih masi cupu, at least ttep progress. Surprised bngt bisa maintain torso angle di RPE 9+. . Jadi gue baru focus 3 bulan trakhir blajarin powerlifting ini dan akhirnya luangin waktu buat programming latihan sendiri buat strength, Walau volume day nya nyiksa bngt ttep dibawa happy without a doubt if it will fail me or not, dipadukan dengan perbaikan pola makan. Hasilnya mayan lah bikin training program sendiri selama 6 minggu bisa tembus PR di 3 big lifts dan bahkan OHP yang udah stuck(plateau) hampir stgh tahun dengan mulus, yaaa walau strength dan teknik gua masih dibawah rata2 sih 😂😂. This is my 1st international powerlifting meet that i’ve ever compete in, i could say im proud to be the 2nd representative indonesia powerlifter athlete that compete here (well only 2 indonesian competing). So short story, i was not in a good condition nearly bombed out in squat but by sheer luck i managed to keep myself focus and determine to finish all my lift. Well pretty happy with getting a PR on the bench and still got so much to learn for the deadlift because i didnt lock my knee properly for the lift. Well overall it was a good experience. Today's Menu: * Vinyasa yoga 50 mins (not recorded, got PR for 15s frog stand btw) 😛 * Squat 90kg - 8x3 (should be 100kg if I am not maxed out on Yoga class, last set shown) * Bench 70kg - 8x3 (long time no bench, just to make sure muscle memory still intact) * Pulls variation Last 3 weeks life activity was brutal, only got 30mins training twice a week, so today feel relieved got more time to train.

No one: Me: So here's my 8 week RTS result you guys has asking a lot: Squat: 170kg/375lbs (+7.5kg) (-2kg gym PB) Bench press: 115kg/255lbs (+7.5kg) (-5kg gym PB) Deadlift: 207kg/455lbs (+27kg) (+7kg gym PB with strap) Bonus: almost black out 220kg deadlift Total: 492kg/1085lbs @70kg bw Wilks: 368 . I compare today mock meet with raw war meet because i suffer severe cramp everywhere in both meet even though my body is fully recovered 😂 Still glad can make progress even a little. Another good high reps PR squat for the minotaur. Damn feel like dying. . . . . 225kg (102,5-102,5) 6 reps . . . . . Even though not a good depth for squat reps ke 5-6 udh jelek dhe, but hell yea still can attempt and achieve it after previous squat PR 222,5kg for 5 reps last wednesday. Legs training after sick for a full week. Menu: 1.5 Squat 3x3 with 57% RM Paused deadlift 5x3 with 61% RM Never did paused or 1.5 squats after switched back to flat shoes, my setup and leverage quite different with heels, I hope I'll get better form during next strength block. Deadlift felt good for a 90% fully recovered daddy. Open for any advice.

Endurance heavy squat for Singapore Powerlifting Alliance 2019 prep, representing as an athlete of @officialsoarironteam . Always keep grinding and grinding for a better lift in squat . . . . Working sets: A) 93,75-93,75 (207,5kg/456,5lbs) supposed to hit 10 reps but i was too weak to continue so i only managed to get 1 set of 6 reps in total B) 97,5-97,5 (215kg/473lbs) 1 set of 3 reps C) 100-100 (220kg/484lbs) 2 sets of 3 reps D) 105-105 (230kg/506lbs) 1 set of 2 reps . . . . . I dont know if the depth or my form is legitilly good but yeah still can improve again and again. Keep learning and keep adapting to the weight. . . . . . .
