White asparagus & pumpkin cream soup with shiitake bacon by @veganreset 💜 . (Makes 2 servings) . Ingredients for the soup: 500g/1lb white asparagus 2 yellow onions 2 garlic cloves 2 mini white pumpkins 1-2 tbsp vegan butter (or olive oil) 2 tsp vegetable broth paste 160mL full fat coconut milk or cream 160mL water 1 tsp dried (or fresh) rosemary Sea salt to taste Ingredients for the shiitake bacon: 2 cups of shiitake mushrooms 1-2 tbsp olive oil 1 tsp liquid smoke (or smoked salt) 1/4 tsp paprika or smoked paprika 1 pinch sea salt Toppings: Freshly ground pepper Olive oil drizzle INSTRUCTIONS 1.Preheat the oven to 400F/200C 2.De-stem and slice the mushrooms thinly. Add them to a bowl and mix them with the oil, liquid smoke and seasonings until every mushroom is well coated. Place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake them for approximately 25-30 minutes (check after 15-20 minutes, they should be crispy but not burned) 3.While the shiitake bacon is baking, chop or dice the onions, mince the garlic and start sautéing both in a pot with the vegan butter (or oil) over medium heat (set a timer for 25 minutes) 4.Wash the pumpkins and remove the seeds, then chop or dice them (no need to peel). Add the pumpkin to the pot about 5 minutes after the onions and mix well. 5.Peel the asparagus (just the first outer layer) and chop, then add to the pot 10 minutes into cooking. 6.Next, add the coconut milk or cream, the water, vegetable broth paste and rosemary. Lower the heat to low-medium and let simmer for 15 more minutes, making sure you stir well. 7.After 25 minutes total, remove from heat and blend the soup using an immersion stick blender or a regular blender (just be careful – the soup will be very hot). Taste test and add a pinch of salt if necessary. 8.Serve in a bowl with the shiitake bacon, an olive oil drizzle and freshly ground pepper and enjoy! Other serving suggestion: serve with a slice of toasted whole wheat bread with vegan butter. #bestofvegan

Late night Recipe testing w/ Iced Caramel beer battered apple fritters. Key is to keep it warm so icing drips down the sides of the fritter. I forgot the sugar in the batter but the icing was so sweet that it actually turned out better without the sugar. Hier j’ai fait des browniens en forme de sapin de Noël 🎄🥰 et je trouve ça beaucoup trop cute pas vous ? . 🎄200 g de chocolat noir. 🎄50 g de farine. 🎄1 pincée de sel, 🎄1 c. à café de levure chimique. 🎄50 g de sucre de coco. 🎄150 g de compote de pomme. 🎄2 œufs. 🎄1 jaune d’œuf. . . ▫️faites fondre le chocolat, moi je le fais fondre au micro onde 30 secondes par 30 secondes en remuant à chaque fois , attention à ne pas le faire brûler ( surveillez). ▫️ensuite mélangez le reste des ingrédients au chocolat. ▫️j’ai utilisée un moule à tarte pour avoir 1 cm d’épaisseur. ▫️20 minutes à 200 degrés. ▫️laissez refroidir et ensuite à l aide d’un emporte pièce , formez vos sapin. ( normalement vous savez en faire minimum 7 ) et en plus vous pouvez mangez les chutes 🤤😇. . 🎄pour le glaçage, vous pouvez mélanger du sucre impalpable avec un tout petit peu d’eau et du colorant vert , si il est trop liquide, vous rajoutez du sucre impalpable et si il est trop épais .. de l’eau 🤓. . PUMPKIN CHEESECAKE BOWL. I know I know, it’s a big call. But this was one of the BEST smoothie bowls I’ve ever had🤩💛 . Super thick. Creamy as. Satisfying and tastes like a spiced cheesecake mousse👅 It also happens to be packed full of protein (a whopping 33g to be exact!!) + calcium, soluble fibre and lots more plant goodness🌱🙌🏼 . Великолепный влажный пирог, пропитанный медом, в тесте которого гармонично соединились лимонная и апельсиновая цедра и шафран, обладает одним большим удобством. Его можно приготовить заранее за несколько дней и оставить под пленкой при комнатной температуре. Вкус пирога только улучшится от этого. Я давно не была в Турции, но вкус и ароматы этого пирога моментально оживили в памяти настоящий турецкий базар с его бесконечными рядами сладостей. 115 гр. размягченного сливочного масла; 90 гр. манки; 150 гр. сахара; 95 гр. миндальной муки; 1,5 ч.л. разрыхлителя; щепотка соли; 4 яйца, слегка взбитые; цедра 1 апельсина; цедра 1 лимона; ½ ч.л. миндального экстракта. Для сиропа: 240 мл апельсинового сока; 150 гр. сахара; 2 ст.л. меда; 6 созвездий гвоздики; 6 коробочек кардамона; 1 палочка корицы; 12-15 шт. кураги, замоченной в горячей воде и обсушенной. Нагрейте духовку до 180С. Форму для выпечки 25 см смажьте маслом и выложите пекарской бумагой. В миске или чаше комбайна смешайте манку, сахар, миндальную муку, разрыхлитель и щепотку соли. Добавьте яйца и масло и хорошо взбейте. Положите цедру лимона и апельсина и миндальный экстракт. Опять хорошо взбейте. Выложите тесто в подготовленную форму и запекайте в духовке около 45 минут или пока зубочистка, вставленная в центр пирога не будет сухой и чистой. Для сиропа в сотейнике смешайте апельсиновый сок, сахар, мед, специи и курагу. Доведите до кипения, растворите полностью сахар и варите 5 минут, периодически помешивая. Остудите. Переложите пирог на тарелку и остудите. Зубочисткой сделайте по поверхности много дырочек и поливайте пирог сиропом (поливайте понемногу, чтобы он успевал впитаться). Когда сироп схватится, разложите на пироге курагу и специи. Полностью сироп впитается в течение 1 часа. Φτιάξε τα δικά σου με ανοξείδωτη κατσαρόλα Pal Granite και ορθογώνιο ταψί Pal Colors! 🌟 >>>>>ΔΕΣ ΤΗ ΣΥΝΤΑΓΗ<<<<< > Μελομακάρονα< 1 κλ αλεύρι γ.ο.χ 10 γρ. μπέικιν πάουντερ 265 γραμ. σπορέλαιο 265 γραμ. ελαιόλαδο 55 γραμ. κονιάκ 180 γραμ. χυμός φρέσκο πορτοκάλι 1 κ.γλ. κοφτό σόδα μαγειρικής 220 γραμ. ζάχαρη 1 κ.γλ. γαρύφαλλο 2 κ.γλ. κανέλα ξύσμα από 2 πορτοκάλια ακέρωτα >Για το σιρόπι< 450 γραμ. ζάχαρη 450 γραμ. νερό 450 γραμ. μέλι θυμαρίσιο 1 λεμόνι (ακέρωτο) αλεσμένο φυστίκι Αιγίνης και καρύδι ΕΚΤΕΛΕΣΗ Βάζουμε το αλεύρι και το μπέικιν πάουντερ σε ένα μπολ, τα ανακατεύουμε με έναν αυγοδάρτη και τα αφήνουμε στην άκρη. Σε άλλο μπολ βάζουμε το έξτρα παρθένο ελαιόλαδο, το σπορέλαιο, το κονιάκ, τη ζάχαρη, την κανέλα, το γαρύφαλλο και το ξύσμα πορτοκαλιού. Χτυπάμε καλά με έναν αυγοδάρτη μέχρι να λιώσει η ζάχαρη. Ρίχνουμε τη σόδα στο χυμό πορτοκάλι, ανακατεύουμε να αφρίσει και την προσθέτουμε στο μείγμα. Ανακατεύουμε με έναν αυγοδάρτη. Ρίχνουμε μέσα στο μείγμα το αλεύρι και ανακατεύουμε με μια μαρίζ με απαλές κινήσεις μέχρι να έχουμε ένα ομοιογενές μείγμα. Δε δουλεύουμε το μείγμα για πολύ ώρα γιατί δεν θα φουσκώσουν σωστά τα μελομακάρονα. Καλύπτουμε με μεμβράνη και αφήνουμε τη ζύμη να ξεκουραστεί για 20 λεπτά. Έπειτα πλάθουμε μικρά μελομακάρονα και πιέζουμε την επάνω πλευρά τους με τον τρίφτη τυριού δίνοντας το χαρακτηριστικό σχήμα. Αυτό θα βοηθήσει να απορροφήσουν το σιρόπι και να κρατήσουν τους ξηρούς καρπούς. Τα αραδιάζουμε σε PaL ταψιά αραιά μεταξύ τους γιατί θα φουσκώσουν. Ψήνουμε σε προθερμασμένο φούρνο στον αέρα για 25΄ στους 160°C. Βγάζουμε το ταψί από τον φούρνο και τα αφήνουμε να κρυώσουν εντελώς. >Για το σιρόπι< Βάζουμε όλα τα υλικά σε μια φαρδιά PaL κατσαρόλα. Μόλις τα υλικά πάρουν βράση συνεχίζουμε τον βρασμό για ακόμα 3 λεπτά. Ξαφρίζουμε και χαμηλώνουμε τη θερμοκρασία στο 1. Βουτάμε κάθε κρύο μελομακάρονο στο σιρόπι για 20 δευτερόλεπτα από κάθε πλευρά. SERVES - 20 PREP TIME - 20 mins COOKING TIME - 15 minutes INGREDIENTS: 350g plain flour, plus extra for dusting 2 teaspoons ground ginger 1 pinch ground cloves 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda 100g cold butter 175g light brown sugar 1egg 4 tablespoons golden syrup PREPARATION: 1 Heat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius (170 fan forced) 2 Line 2 large baking trays with non-stick baking paper 3 Cut up the butter into small pieces 4 Sift the flour, spices and bicarbonate of soda into a mixing bowl and rub in the butter until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs 5 Add the sugar, syrup and egg and mix well to a firm dough 6 Roll out on a lightly floured surface, about 5mm thick and cut out cookie shapes with cutters 7 Place a couple of centimetres apart on the baking trays and bake for 10 to 15 minutes until golden brown 8 Cool on the baking trays for 5 minutes, then place on a wire rack to cool completely before decorating. 🥯BAGELS A L’AMERICAINE Hiiiiii guys, como esta? 😊 Aujourd’hui recette de bagels à la new yorkaise ♥️ Franchement c’est très facile, il y a juste le temps d’attente qui est de ~1h. Ces bagels sont les premiers de ma vie. Pardonnez-moi leur forme difforme haha j’ai trop tournée le bagel sur mon doigt en mode fiesta en écoutant de la musique... et en plus j’ai fais une photo à l’arrache mais je me devais de les partager avec vous! Ils sont trop bons! À manger avec du creamcheese (pour pousser le truc jusqu’au bout) philadelphia quoi, ou en sandwich! La recette pour environ 5 bagels: 300g de farine 15g de levure de boulanger 120g de lait 20g d’huile d’olive 70g d’eau 10g de sucre 5g de sel Graines pour déco 1. Dans votre cuve, ajouter la farine, le sel, le sucre et l’huile d’olive. 2. Tiédir l’eau et le lait, ajouter ensuite la levure. Laissez reposer 2min avant d’ajouter à la farine et de pétrir ~10min. 3. Il faut que la pâte se décolle. Si elle colle aux bords, ajouter juste un peu de farine. 4. Laissez reposer votre pâte 1h à 1h30 à température ambiante. 5. Des que l’appareil à tripler de volume, dégazer et séparer en 5 taille égale. Formez des boules et faire un trou au milieu. Pour former votre bagel, agrandissez le trou petit à petit avec vos doigt en tournant le donut. Attention à ne pas déchirer la pâte. Soyez délicats, pas comme moi! 6. Ensuite, laissez pousser 30 à 40min. 7. Dès qu’ils ont gonflés, les cuire 4min dans de l’eau bouillante. 8. Les étaler sur votre plaque de cuisson, les dorer avec l’oeuf et ajouter les graines sur le dessus. Personnellement, j’avais un mélange de fruits sec graines. J’ai pris ce que j’avais sous la main! 9. Cuire au four 20-25min à 185°C. Et voilà, à vous d’y ajouter les ingrédients que vous voulez! Xoxo ♥️

King prawn stir fry 🍜🍤 Ingredients: King prawns (250g) Juice of 1/2 lemon Soy sauce (2 tbsp) Garlic crushed (2 cloves) Ginger grated (small piece) 1 Green chilli chopped Red chilli flakes (1 tsp) Brown sugar (1 tsp) Red onion (1 sliced) Carrot (chopped into matchsticks) Peppers (2 sliced) Bean sprouts (handful) Mushroom (handful chopped) Soy sauce (2 tbsps) Spring onion (3 stalks chopped) Coriander (handful chopped finely) Sesame oil (2 tbsp) Sharwoods Noodles (2 servings) Method: 1. Prepare prawns, shell and remove veins 2. Marinate prawns with lemon juice, red chilli flakes, ginger, garlic, chilli and brown sugar - set aside for 30 mins 2. Prepare vegetables 3. Add sesame oil to hot wok, add carrots 4. Add red onion, spring onion, peppers, bean sprouts and mushrooms 5. Add prawns, salt, pepper and coriander and soy sauce. 6. INGREDIENTI 6 Albumi 100 g Farina di mandorle 70 g Zucchero di canna 60 g Cacao amaro in polvere 1 bustina Lievito chimico in polvere 4 cucchiai Composta ai frutti di bosco q.b. Frutti di bosco PREPARAZIONE Iniziate montando a neve ben ferma i gli albumi con un pizzico di sale. In un’altra ciotola unire la farina di mandorle, lo zucchero, il lievito e il cacao, mescolare in modo da amalgamere bene gli ingredienti. A questo punto unite gradualmente gli albumi montati al composto preparato in precedenza, mescolando dall’alto vs il basso per evitare che il composto si smonti. Oliare una teglia da forno dal diametro di 20 cm, versare metà del composto, unire a cucchiate la marmellata e coprire con il composto residuo. Infornare a 180 gradi per circa 30 minuti. INGREDIENTI Per la pasta frolla 300 g Farina 1 2 Uova 90 ml Olio 50 g Miele 1/2 bustina Lievito in polvere per dolci Per la farcitura 100 g Farina di mandorle 40 g Zucchero a velo 100 ml Latte (anche vegetale) 1 cucchiaio Amido di mais (maizena) 1 Uova 300 g Composta di mirtilli PREPARAZIONE Per prima cosa preparate la crema frangipane. In un pentolino fate scaldare il latte, nel frattempo in una ciotola sbattete l’uovo con lo zucchero, unite poi la farina di mandorle e l’amido di mais. Una volta amalgamato tutto, versate lentamente il latte tiepido al composto di mandorle e uova. A questo punto riportate il composto sul fuoco e cuocete la crema fino a che si sarà rappresa ( la consistenza deve essere simile a quella della crema pasticcera). Quando la crema avrà raggiunto la consistenza desiderata, toglietela dal fuoco e lasciatela raffreddare. Preparate ora la pasta frolla. In una ciotola unite la farina, il lievito, le uova, l’olio e infine il miele, impastate fino ad ottenere un panetto compatto. Oliate una teglia da forno dal diametro di circa 22/24 cm, rivestitela con la pasta frolla (tenetene da parte un pezzetto), farcitela con la crema frangipane, facendo attenzione a livellare bene la superficie, coprite infine con la composta di mirtilli. Con la pasta frolla tenuta da parte formate delle strisce e disponetele in modo da formare una griglia. INGREDIENTI Per la pasta frolla 300 g Farina 2 50 g Farina di mandorle 60 g Zucchero di canna 2 Uova 1/2 bustina Lievito chimico in polvere 100 ml Olio di semi di girasole Per la crema 400 ml latte (anche vegetale) 80 g Cioccolato fondente 40 g Zucchero di canna 50 g Amido di mais (maizena) 100 g castagne sbollentate PREPARAZIONE Per prima cosa prepariamo la pasta frolla. Setacciate le farine e il lievito, aggiungete poi l’olio, lo zucchero e le uova, e impastate fino a formare un panetto che riporrete in frigo per circa 30 minuti. Nel frattempo preparate la crema al cacao. Riscaldate in un pentolino il latte con lo zucchero, aggiungete il cioccolato fondente e infine l’amido setacciato. Girate per amalgamare il composto e lasciate cuocere per qualche minuto fino a quando la crema inizierà a compattarsi. Rivestite una teglia dal diametro di 20/22 cm, formate un guscio di frolla e farcire con la crema al cioccolato preparata. Infornate a 180 gradi per 20/25 minuti. Пошаговый рецепт веган конфеток в галерее 💫 Скоро ждём гостей и сами будем ходить. Мы с пустыми руками не ходим. Приносим угощения. Люблю, чтобы они несли пользу людям, а не вред. Поэтому уделить 30 минут на приготовление конфеток, потом их заморозить - значит лишить себя заботы о том, чем же радовать людей, когда они нагрянут. Достал из морозилки и вуа ля. 💫 Как готовить: Возьмите грамм 300 хороших фиников, измельчите их в единую массу и разделите на 2 части. В одну половину фиников я добавила 3 столовые ложки размельчённого урбеча из какао бобов 🤤, 3 столовые ложки подсолнечниковых семян перемолотых в кофемолке, а также измельчённые овсянные хлебцы и миндаль. 💫 Во вторую часть теста из финичков я добавила перемолотые семена тыквы- 3 столовые ложки и 2 чайные ложки макового урбеча. 💫 Должно получится плотное тесто, из которого мы формируем фигуры: кубы, шары, пирамиды, торы и ТЕССЕРАКТЫ 😆. Обваливаем их в любом из вариантов: маке, кокосовой стружке, какао или перемолотых семенах чего угодно (у меня это подсолнечник).
